If emotional distress, persistent overthinking, mood swings, or burnout are consistently disrupting your daily sleep, work productivity, or personal relationships for more than two consecutive weeks, taking a casual break usually isn’t enough. Professional therapy will give you the objective tools to heal the root cause.
